CEO, President and Director
Mr. Zorbas is an entrepreneur with a proven track record in the metals exploration and development industry and the investment banking. He has held senior advisory positions in various facets of business including operations, marketing, sales, strategic planning and structured finance.
Mr. Zorbas has been with the Company since June 2008. He also serves as URU Metals Ltd. (Captor Capital investment) Chief Executive Officer since June 2014. He was appointed a director of Zeb Nickel Corp a PGE mining and exploration company in November 2021 and director of Powertap Hydrogen Capital Corp in February 2023. He also served as the President of MGM Productions Group Inc. a company focused in media and retail investments, Chairman of Management Resource Solutions PLC, as well as Director of both ZorCorp Capital Holdings and Starline Capital Holdings Infrastructure Fund. He served as the Chief Executive Officer and a Director of Monchhichi PLC (former: Mercom Capital PLC) until December 2016. Mr. Zorbas also served as a Director of Stratton Capital Corp. until October 2016. He is a founding shareholder of Asian Coast Development Ltd. Mr. Zorbas holds an Honors Bachelors in Economics from the University of Toronto.

Mr. Lipschitz founded a professional firm that provides outsourced back office accounting and CFO services to the restaurant and retail industries since January 2012. Mr. Lipschitz also served as the outsourced President and/or CFO for several restaurant concepts. Prior to this Mr. Lipschitz held various CFO and controller positions with private, public and private equity backed companies such as Spectrum Clubs, Inc. (Spectrum Athletic Clubs), Grill Concepts. Inc. (Grill on the Alley and Daily Grill), San Manual Band of Mission Indians (San Manual Casino and other economic developments), International Coffee & Tea, LLC (Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf), The Cheesecake Factory Incorporated (The Cheesecake Factory), and Wolfgang Puck Food Company, L.P. (Wolfgang Puck Cafes and frozen foods).
In addition, Mr. Lipschitz is a CPA and has worked for a national CPA firm, Laventhol & Horwath. Mr. Lipschitz holds a BS degree in Accounting from California State University, Northridge.

Combined with academic studies in business management, Mr. Wilks brings more than a dozen years of experience, in the quick service restaurant (QSR) industry having worked with brands including Yogen Früz®, Pinkberry®, Cold Stone Creamery® and Buy N Bulk®. Mr. Wilks has been the Chief Operating Officer of SOL Global Investments and the Chief Operating Officer of One Plant (Three Habitat Consulting Holdco Inc.) and oversaw the company’s chain of dispensaries and real estate portfolio in California. Currently Mr. Wilks serves as the CEO of Captor Retail Group.
Adam serves on the board of one of California's leading cannabis brands, Old Pal, on the board of Florida's leading vertically integrated cannabis company Bluma Wellness and on the board of Sacred CBD. Further, for the past 4 years Adam has been involved with Serruya Private Equity, focusing on cannabis-specific investments. The latter including responsibility for due diligence regarding retail operations, cultivation, manufacturing, and distribution.

Prior to joining the Captor Retail Group as Vice President of Operations, Matthew Emory held the position of Managing Director for Royal Crescent Ventures, a Louisiana-based family office. He was responsible for overseeing the strategic direction, investment strategy and operational teams with diversified investments in real estate and food & beverage, managing a team of professionals who are responsible for sourcing, negotiating, underwriting, and operating investments. Recently, Emory has led the development of a multi-unit cannabis retail portfolio in California that was merged with Captor Capital to form Captor Retail Group.
Emory is experienced in real estate portfolio investment acquisition and property development working predominately in Central Florida, South Louisiana, and Houston Texas. Emory managed the development of multiple concepts owned or controlled by the family company to include Pinkberry, Zoe’s Kitchen and various concepts in the historic New Orleans French Quarter. With extensive multi-unit operational and financial management experience in the food and beverage sector of the portfolio, Emory evaluated the sustainability of concepts underwritten for acquisition or tenancy. He developed and managed strategic partnerships with venture capital and private equity partners, oversaw acquisition and construction budgets, as well as executing new store opening SOPs.
Out of college, Emory worked for Cintas Corporation for six years, graduating from their management program where he was responsible for new business development in their industrial uniform division. Emory graduated from the University of New Hampshire with a B.S. in Business Administration. Emory currently sits on the Board of Directors for the Boys & Girls Clubs in Louisiana.

Mr. Berkowitz has practiced corporate, business and tax law for more than 35 years. He has extensive experience in a wide variety of transactions in many industries, with particular emphasis on structuring complex transactions, including entity organization, financing, mergers and acquisitions, real estate and US-Canada cross-border transactions.
Since 2013, Mr Berkowitz has been actively involved with the rapidly-growing cannabis industry, assisting clients in obtaining financing, securing licenses and acquiring cultivation facilities and established dispensaries. Earlier in his career, Mr. Berkowitz practiced as a Certified Public Accountant.

Brady Cobb is the founder, former CEO and board member of Bluma Wellness Inc. and One Plant Florida, which were acquired by Cresco Labs, Inc. (CRLBF) in April of 2021 for $213 million dollars in an all stock transaction. Bluma Wellness owned and operated a vertically-integrated medical cannabis company in the state of Florida doing business as “One Plant Florida.” One Plant Florida operated its garden and lab facilities at its Indiantown, Florida Farm, and also scaled and operated 8 retail dispensaries throughout the State as well as the State’s first e-commerce and on fleet enabled next day home delivery service.
Prior to founding One Plant, Cobb has led strategic investments in excess of 200 million dollars in the cannabis space as the CEO of publicly traded Sol Global Investments Corp. He is a regular guest on Fox Business, Cheddar, and Yahoo Finance. Prior to that role, he founded and served as Chief Legal Officer of Liberty Health Sciences in Florida.
Cobb earned his undergraduate degree (political science) from Florida State University and his law degree from Barry University, and later became a director at the nationally recognized Fort Lauderdale law firm Tripp Scott with a focus on governmental affairs.
